Alex began playing violin at the age of 5 and added the guitar when he was 10. He studied guitar under the great Don Russo for eight years. He began doing solo gigs at the age of 13 and has since become an experienced musician who has played weddings, private parties, and at various venues throughout Columbia.
He is well versed in many different genres including rock, pop, metal and jazz. He has taken songwriting classes at Berklee School of Music in Boston and has written many original compositions as well. He currently is studying engineering and music at the University of South Carolina and is continuing his violin studies under Dr. William Terwilliger.
