Emma Divine
Emma has been playing the piano since age 7 and is now a senior at USC studying piano and organ performance, as well as completing a degree in mathematics. During her formative years in classical training, she eagerly participated in numerous piano competitions, master classes, and summer intensives in classical music, most notably at the Eastman School of Music and renowned Brevard Music Center. A Greenville native, Emma spent her last three years of high school at the SC Governor’s School for the Arts, where she gained a great love for the arts and music of all genres.
Emma particularly enjoys teaching beginners of every age, and believes it is never too early or late to start learning music. Her favorite moments are when she can step back and watch a student gain the confidence to say “hey, I can do this!”
