Tony Opus is a new music teacher at Freeway Music, bringing his extensive experience as a musician and educator to the academy. Since the fourth grade, Tony has been playing music as a clarinetist and continued to play through college. He eventually earned his Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance with a minor in music Entrepreneurship, demonstrating his passion for not only playing music but also understanding the business side of the industry.

In addition to his work as a music teacher, Tony is also an active member of the music community in Columbia, SC. He is part of a local band called Opus and the Frequencies, where he showcases his skills as a versatile performer. Tony’s experience both as a musician and teacher has allowed him to bring a unique perspective to the classroom, fostering a positive and engaging environment for his students.

With his dedication to music education and passion for performance, Tony is an excellent addition to the team at Freeway Music. His enthusiasm and expertise will undoubtedly inspire his students to reach new heights in their musical journeys.
